Manchester United Remaining Fixtures
Manchester United have fourteen games remaining for the 2018/19 Premier League season. Four of these games are of particular importance, as Manchester United host Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea, and play Arsenal at the Emirates. An unimpressive first half to the season sent Manchester United out of the title race. The current job at hand would be to secure a place in the top four.
As of Gameweek 24, Manchester United sit two points behind the fourth position in sixth. Winning as many games as possible is a must from here onward. This means that Manchester United needs to play with a strong attacking mentality. The interim manager’s philosophy suits well to the requirements. The four games against the big six oppositions will prove to be great challenges, and it is vital that Manchester United win each of these games if they are to secure a spot for the 2019/20 UEFA Champions League season.
Manchester United Pre Season Fixtures
Manchester United are set to visit Australia next summer as part of their pre season preparations. The first two fixtures will take place at the Optus Stadium, Perth. The club will take on Perth Glory on 13 July and Leeds United on 17 July. This is the club’s fifth visit to Australia. The remaining fixtures are yet to be announced, but it is reported that the tour will contain stops in Japan and Hong Kong. Manchester United have spent four of their last five summers in the United States.
